My X1 game orders from Game have been dispatched...received the e-mail at 10 in the morning! Now for the more negative news, no movement on X1 console order from Microsoft Store.

The Microsoft store - the phone lines were shut last night. I've got a hunch their systems had some borkage as regards mass payments.

Order wasn't cancelled, should be arriving on Friday as planned. Unfortunately they'd been hammering my credit card and got it suspended for fraud, spoke to them this morning at which point it did the same to my other credit card! Swapped (uneasily) to Paypal which has gone through OK.

My take is the vids are knocked out by reviewers at IGN. They're not polished players to any degree.
