What settings is everyone playing this on with a 1080ti?

I max everything on my spec below at 1080p. (1070)

Even on my 4K TV it runs fine.

At 4k is that the ultra preset? Or further with 8xaa and fxaa enabled?

If you’re only after the standard edition, then it’s worth mentioning that Xbox Game Pass for £7.99 per month will allow you to play it on both Xbox and PC as long as you keep the subscription active. You can play it for a few months and it won’t cost you £38, and if you like Game Pass then you can keep the sub and play the other titles available too.

There’s also a 14-day free trial if you’ve never used it before.

That is a good shout actually! think that’ll be the plan get a couple weeks of it for free can’t complain there,
Had a quick look through for a few games I play on it there.
Most of my games have a couple months lifespan before they’re forgotten about.
Only 2 games so far that have served there price for me so far.

I think it’s pretty decent. Big releases such as Sea of Thieves and State of Decay 2 are on there as well. There are the original Halo games, Gears of War, as well as a bunch of other really good titles and more get added all the time. I signed up for 6 months at £20 so it was a bargain. It runs out in January 2019 for me so I’ll get to play FH4 for a decent amount at least

Same here, subbed for the £20 6 month deal, my kids mainly use it but they absolutely love it, definitely the best £20 ive spent on gaming in a good few years. FH4 being added is the icing on the cake, i tried Sea of Thieves but it wasnt my thing, ironically i actually sail a lot at weekends around the South East Coast, so i thought it might be fun, but the game just felt a bit empty to me.

State of Decay 2 i actually bought, i think ive only played like 30mins of it and it seemed fun but been busy playing other games on my PC lol

I've not played much of the Horizon games at all. Can you drive the slower cars more like a sim? Can you just pootle about. How will stuff like the old land rover etc drive? The car list with all the old stuff is very enticing.

It's essentially a driving lifestyle game, so you can get into a car that you own and just drive around. There are huge amounts of tuning options for the cars, as well the ability to change the driver difficulty to something more sim-like. I haven't ever played any of the Horizon games with full simulation so I can't say what it's like, but I'm sure some on here might be able to offer advice. But the options certainly are there. You have an entire open map to drive around, and once you've done the story for a bit an unlocked the seasons, then the map will change according to whatever season is currently in the game. This happens for everyone around the world at the same time, so when you play online everyone is getting the same experience.

Does anyone know of an app to allow VR in this game? Surely it is just a case of mimicking a 360 camera view like you would using the right joystick to look around? I've become a snob when it comes to racing games and can't see the point in 2d racing.. you just don't get the feel for the speed etc.

Aparently vorpx doesn't work as Microsoft restrict injection
