FPS Mice..

I would have to say that I would recommend the Death Adder above all others. The Death adder is much more comfortable and glides much more smoothly than the Copperhead.

I am afraid I have only used it briefly but in the time I was converted from my Krait (Having moved to that from the Copperhead). If you send me an email I can point you to a website that has my friends comments.

While the internals do matter, i think the £25+ logitechs, MS, Razer etc are all much of a muchness..

Sensitivity = get used to it or tweak it
Movement = more to do with surface. buy some teflon strips from auction for £1 for the feet
Comfort = preference , logitech for me, or the MX5xx / G equivalent for me, other logitech mice are too large, and the Razer isnt moulded to my grip enough, MS mice sit too high IMO ... but then everyones hands are different

Mine says its printed in the warehouse so im not sure what that means, so i think i wont get it either today :(
 
The Mx518 is by far the best mouse. Any other mouse just doesn't "fit" my hand as well. It's the ultimate, perfect shape for a mouse. If they ever find a way of improving it, I'll buy it in an instant.
 
My G5 has been brilliant - its not great for prolongued work (i used it at work for a time - digitising is a pain after a few hours!) but for gaming sessions its top notch - having on the fly sensitivity adjustment is awesome :)
 
I've tried many mice including the G7, but have settled on the MX518. Some people would think I downgraded, but the MX518 pwns all mice FACT.

The only way it can be improved is by removing the Logitech logo patch thing on the top so that it is completely smooth, like the G7.

I use it with Steel Pad S&S.
 
well i got intelli mouse to replace my raser and oh my god wish id got another raser no contest raser hands down.only reason got one is rasers dont seem to last long with me but difference is huge to me.
