Today I have reached the grand old age of 1 year and 100 posts sadly I am not able to get my free delivery yet. I presume it would be working as of tomorrow. I hope so, I've been after your XXL mousepad for a long time and it's finally on offer again!

Yes and I get the message: Your account has been associated but you do not qualify for free shipping yet (you require 250 posts and 90 days membership or 100 posts and 1 years membership).

I really don't get people who have a beef with this. I've spent a fair amount with OcUK over the years, been a member of the forums for over 10 years and have more than enough posts. However, as I live in the Highlands couriers don't class me as living in mainland UK so I don't qualify. Of course I'd prefer free shipping but they can't be expected to take the hit. The rules were put in place to reward active contributors to the forum for their loyalty wherever they can. But they can't afford go to giving free shipping to all and sundry, they after all are a business not a charity

I still try and shop at OcUK whenever possible as most of the competitors I have had experience of have poor customer service in comparison.

It's to stop people signing up, spamming to the low required amount just to get free delivery and never coming back.
