That is unfortunate, if you can only select DPD Two Day service we unfortunately cannot offer the free shipping, this only covers the DPD Next Day service.

Surely there should be a rule that allows people who read before they post a previously asked (many, many times over) question to have free P&P! Grrr.

How could i possibly have missed this??? I've been registered for over a year and have had over 250 posts for ages now! I've also had 3 fairly expensive orders in the last couple of months too (the most recent was last night for over £500

).

I'm guessing i can't get a postage refund on my last 3 orders?

Unfortunately not, you need to link your shop account up! Do it now before you forget when you next order!

We are AB (Aberlour) and don't qualify for free shipping anymore. DPD is the problem. Every retailer that i had free shipping with previously and has now moved to DPD i have now lost free shipping. Coupled with the fact that DPD are useless here, that's why i hate DPD and try to avoid companies that use them.

I think you will find that you still need over 100 forum posts to qualify!

I think he misunderstood.

You need 1000 posts and 180 days for access to the MM.
