Yea, i have popped the username and password and clicked update a few times, over today and yesterday, got an order in my basket at the moment, just want to clarify the shipping.

I also live in Yorkshire, so not a location problem.

I posted in the customer service section, but just in case:
Linked my account just before I'd made over 100 posts, and not getting and free shipping showing up. I'd spoken to Yewen (on cs section) and re-linked my account, but still no good.

Would really appreciate it if someone could sort it, as I'm hoping to place an order first thing in the morning.

Just a thank you as my latest order was by phone ( re attacks ) and forgot to ask about the shipping. When my CC came through it was 33 pounds less
