Free Shipping for Loyal Forum Members

you will get there in the end. im nearly at the magical 1000 posts now which has taken some time but try to contribute around the place and youll find the posts rack up in no time.

No it doesn't.

Usually it is around £15 for a Two Day service, we have reduced the cost down to the normal Next Day service so you do not pay the extra. The free shipping is for those who can use Next Day delivery.

I was just about to spend £239 on a 280x but there is no free shipping which takes it up to a wopping £250 defeating the object of a good deal! I thought members get free shipping or does this not work on WEEKLY DEALS?

Not 100% sure but you must link your shopping account to this forum account I think. :)

I've just checked this and my Username and Pass was set an email and pass, this has probably happened because I changed my acc email last year. Why it changed the username details aswell.

Changed it back to my user/pass on forum and it's linked again

Yay :D

Explain please.
Its costs you £15 to send me a PSU? As I am in Northern Ireland, but you only charge me £8.99?
I order this week, it'll be here next week, was expecting 2 day service, that won't be happening looking at the tracking and consignment numbers.

But am I right in saying the £8.99 delivery I was charged is actually mean to be a reduced price?
I am shocked an item can cost so much to deliver. Shocked to the point I might use competitors in future. Very disenfranchised with the OcUK brand right now.

I can't speak for DPD, but our surcharge (to customers) for Northern Ireland from the mainland is significant. It varies depending on the rate the customer is on, but a £20 or more surcharge would not be uncommon.

Oh buggery, now it would appear the wrong bloody item has arrived eventually.
Paid for a modular psu, as i wanted a modular psu, it reports to be the right model, yet it certainly is not modular.
In fact the model that has arrived seems not to be sold by ocuk at all.
I am confused, and annoyed.

That doesn't sound too good, although I am sure that if this hasn't already been picked up by one of OcUK's staff members, a quick post in their Customer Service section of this Forum (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=118) would quickly resolve any concerns you might have.

Does what's in the box match what it says on the outside?
