They will most likely have a contract with them for the foreseeable future. They may change next year I would imagine if they actually could get a better deal elsewhere.

I wouldn't say "Harsh" but it is a lot of posts - perhaps 500 would be a more realistic amount - but I can understand the reasons for having a high amount of posts required.

It is a fair rule - it is worth a lot of money, so shouldn't be too easy to obtain. Has saved me a fortune on my recent orders
