Yeah if it can be sent via Royal Mail the cost is the same to send here as it is any other part of the UK.

I think it's more to do with DPD choosing to change their prices than OcUK. Charging extra for a country of 1.8million and putting it into the same category as the Isle of Man which has 80,000 people seems a bit excessive. :(
 
Since this is a freebie I'm not complaining - but my free shipping won't work on my account. Says my post count is too low (which it is), but I've been a member since 2010 - anyone know why?

EDIT - ignore, just read the rules properly! Sorry!

There was a chap trying desperately to get into the member's market (1000 posts), he was almost there but the mods felt he'd spammed his way there, so he got set back to around 200 posts. Maybe you're able to take something from this story.

I ordered a GTX 970 a while back on the Friday thinking next day might do Saturday as it did dispatch in time. Then I remembered the working day thing and got a bit sad.

Utterly stunned when it showed up on SUNDAY! :eek:

Was a gooooood day :D

No, the whole reason for the free shipping is to reward members who are loyal members of the community, so you do that and you get rewarded...

I think that they guarantee orders that are shipped before 4PM will be delivered next day using the next day service.

Unless you paid for Saturday delivery then the items would arrive Monday which is the next business day. (assuming the item is sent via DPD)
