OcUK DPD option has decided that Aberdeen is now Scottish islands and Ireland...
Any idea if this'll be fixed ever? As far as I can tell, we've not broken off and drifted out to sea.

Are SSDs too large for postal options now?
It used to be in Northern Ireland if something could go in a normal spec delivery envelop then the free shipping would be linked, but there is no free option at all now.
SSDs are packages?
Used to be if one ordered something small it would be covered by that is gone.

It involves cost too, the cost of an SSD isn't usually cheap so it is not covered by RM.

4.2 Orders placed before 4:00 pm (DPD), 3.00 pm (DHL) or 2.00 pm (Royal Mail) on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

Items that can go via Royal Mail are still free, but the new DPD shipping costs are unreasonable.
Can't understand what would have changed, to justify dropping us to a 2 day service.

What about those of us who don't hang out in forums, but have been with you since 2007 and ordered thousands of pounds worth of stuff over the years and over 30 orders?

I would say seven to eight years is long enough to have discovered the forums since they are linked from the shop site and would have given plenty of time for you to get on board.
