That was a known bug they were fixing. Try it again tomorrow or get attention of a mod see if they know about it again.
There has been a link to this at the very top of the forum since like foreverLol just seen this 13 years late after paying shipping on a few items. Absolutely better late than never, will definitely be a more frequent customer.
Free delivery has always been DPD next day for me unless you spend under £40 then it defaults to royal mail 2nd class for free delivery.IIRC free delivery was always whatever worked out the cheapest given the item size, weight and cost.
1-5 days could simply be "whatever is cheapest" or could be covering themselves if there is a delay in either getting it out the door, or in transit.

They don't always ship same day, depends on how busy it is. They're probably getting really busy again, this kinda happened when 3000 series dropped and deliveries were taking upto a week to ship.I think somethings changed, I ordered two items at 2pm today for more than £40.00 and they've not been shipped. Although I only had the option for Free 1-5, next day before 10:30 or 12:00, the all day option wasn't listed, so could be a DPD issue, lack of drivers maybe?

It's times like this that the lack of free delivery up here really hurts. I just ordered the new Corsair RM850x psu at £109.99 which is a £20 saving over the usual price. I then had to pay £10.50 for a 2 day DPD service that I most likely won't see until Monday and wipes out half the saving. It's still cheaper than elsewhere but being charged for a reduced level of delivery service sucks big time.
I'm unsure of the prerequisites to qualify for free shipping for forum members. Does anyone know?
