Can you clarify this please?

Is this people giving out their forum details to third parties? You can only link one forum account to one shop account though?

Or do you mean shop account details?

I have, in the past, ordered a couple of items as gifts to friends. Does this mean that this cannot be done anymore? Thanks. :)
 
Your forum account should be linked to your shop account. So you have the free shipping as you are a loyal member to us. :)

People have been giving their forum username and passwords to 3rd parties so they have free shipping. Then later on when they want the free shipping they wonder why it is not working on their own account as it is linked to the 3rd party account.

If you have free shipping on your own account, that is fine, you can have orders delivered elsewhere as long it is your account and you are not just handing over your forum details to 3rd party.

(For example)

I have free shipping on my account, I can order as much as I want to myself, family and friends. However, me giving my forum name and password out to other people to use on their shop account is not allowed.

I ordered a pci tv card today (basic compro card) only free shipping it qualified for was first class, previously im pretty sure dx secure would show as free (and next day) :confused:
 
That is correct, small items will be sent via Royal Mail, if too heavy, big higher value then it shall go by DX Secure or DPD.
 
Its great to have free shipping,but when i ordered on thursday and the delivery date was today 12/08/11 it said,now i have just recieved a email that it has only just been shipped ready for tuesday,a bit annoyed tbh as i took today off work to recieve my parcel,is that web note late or in real time:(

aye i did and got this,Sorry, this combination of tracking number and postcode do not correspond with our records. Please check and try again.:confused: i have allways found track and trace are a waste of time,they only work after you recieve the goods which is pointless:confused::confused:
 
since my last few orders allowed me to use free shipping I can only assume someone has developed a cure for the disease that makes people think it costs grands to post things to belfast. I would like to congratulate the scientist behind this breakthrough with the hope that this miracle drug be dispersed across the country lest we the residents of belfast ever again be ripped off by scummy flea bay sellers and that novacaine computery parts website, and of course the one that BT now own, you know the one, it used to be good but now it's crap.

You need to log into your shop account (make one if need to) and there will be a option to link you forum account with your shop account.
