Free Shipping for Loyal Forum Members

I ordered an SSD, cable and mounting kit Sunday night, it was sent out yesterday and i am sat here waiting for it now today. I prefer DPD, they used to text me and give me a time frame and it would always be delivered in that time.

I have tried the tracking number, which it states it can not find aswell. So i have no update as to if its out on delivery or not. It's my first order since they have switched to DX Secure and so far i am not impressed and have been waiting around since 9am this morning.

Wouldn't hold your breath DX Secure has been terrible for me 4 out of the last 5 times I've used them and I knew I shouldn't have used them the 5th :|

Wouldn't mind the option to pay the difference even for DPD (as I find it hard to justify using OcUK even tho I prefer them when I have the option of DX Secure for free here or discounted/free DPD elsewhere).
 
Well it could come at any time, although their site states 9am-5pm.

It'll probably arrive tomorrow now, i hope someone is around if it is as i won't be home as i've wasted a day already.

I'll give them another chance, if not i'll order elsewhere in future if its cheaper. I normally only use OcUK as they have been brilliant in the past and i don't mind paying the little extra for better service but if that drops i won't bother.
 
Not that im making excuses for DX today, but i was meant to have my new gfx card arrive, my boggie mat arrived via royal mail at 9.30am, however no gfx card. rang up OCUK at around 4pm, to be told that DX have had issues today with a depot, so they will deliver tomorrow. Not helpful that im at work tomorrow so if i miss it im gonna be abit annoyed. The only upside is ive been told that they should try a re-deliver thursday, else i will just have to get on the phone again as its not my fault that they couldnt deliver, i asked for the tuesday as i wasnt at work or uni. Time shall tell
 
Yup i didn't choose a prefered day, but thats because next day normally means next day.

I just hope someone is around tomorrow to accept it, otherwise it is going to be so much hassle trying to find a day to get it re-delivered.

It is something i really haven't time for as to be honest, next day should mean next day. Never had this problem with royal mail or dpd.
 
No, after getting it delivered to my business address where we have a reception, apparently they cannot get access so it now is getting delivered tomorrow..
 
So glad for free delivery! will apply in a months time and meens i can spend £11 More on OCUK's website, rather than dpd! amazing incentive to buy everything here, rather than other websites!!!

Too bad it doesn't apply to the whole of the UK. Without the free delivery, paying £10+ on delivery and no option for a cheaper, slower delivery. Ocuk will not be an option for me anymore once I move house.
 
I think free shipping is great but what about those loyal customers who have been BUYING off the site and not just simply TALKING to one another? I think OCUK is a brilliant company and i have been a loyal customer for years I just think there should be a better way to reward actual loyalty than those who just post??

100 posts is not a lot of effort and is very easy to get. By getting this, it is an easy way for everyone to get free shipping for life. :)

I agree 100 posts isnt a lot this being my second......haha but i prefer to spend my time overclocking and gaming...i will endevour to reach 100 posts at some point :)
