Free Shipping for Loyal Forum Members

I like free shipping, but DX Secure is absolute rubbish. I'd prefer royal mail more than anything since you can collect your goods from your local depot instead of taking a day off, just because the courier is coming some time between 0:01 and 23:59 :p

Agreed. My SSD should have been delivered on 4/01. Did not turn up, tracking said "Could not get to your property". What??? Called them next day and they said "Blah... blah.. no one was in". I was bloody in!!! Rearranged for today, did not turn up, status changed to "Awaiting First Delivery".
Absolute worst delivery company by far! :mad:
 
Apparently my package is being delayed for 24 hours due to a "serious accident" on the M6. By serious they mean 2 HGV's were involved in a collision.

Not being funny but if one of the HGV's had my package inside, I could understand lol.

Meeeeeeh.
 
This discount is still running. If you are from Ireland, if you try small orders like memory, or cables, anything that can fit in a padded envelope, it may allow you to have free shipping. :)
 
It's not giving me any discount what soever on shipping. We used to get 50% off shipping if i remember correctly. I have an order I need to place this evening too.

As far as I am aware we have never offered 50% shipping to anyone before.
 
We definatley got some form of reduced shipping in NI before because I had placed orders with it.

I can't see why we are excluded when its not that much extra to ship to NI and if you gave us 50% off it would work out the same as mainland surely?

Will not happen over night I am afraid, need to discuss in the managers meeting, and then we need to obviously contact carriers, recode the website to implement this, that is if it is agreed.

I will get the ball rolling to get an answer or not though. :)
