Well you cant blame somebody for shopping elsewhere if they get the same product for a cheaper price when postage is included or a better product for the same price. The problem is just that pre postage costs ocuk are usually a bit dearer than most other retailers but they do not offer as good of a free postage scheme or even one at all.

could'nt agree more, I used to love shopping here cuz i knew the price i seen was what i was paying and did'nt have to worry about p&p.
Now though i really shop around, and that means Oc dont always get my custom.
 
Fair enough OcUk may be ~£5 more expensive on some parts, but the customer service is amazing, so its a price id happily pay.
 
Yes Liam customer service is very good and i like the ovaer all site & this forum. thats why I do still use and shop here, but money is sometimes more important to some of us.
 
Hi just wondering I should be applicable for free shipping now shouldn't I. I tried updating my log in information but it said I either don't have the 90 days or 250 posts, but I have both. =]

or does it have to be over 90

Totally agreed. I only buy my computing stuff from OcUK anymore, regardless of price.
 
I dont have free shipping yet, is there any way to fix this, ive met the criteria cause as you can see im exactly one year on this site hehe

Yes but it still says:
Your account has been associated but you do not qualify for free shipping yet (you require 250 posts and 90 days membership or 100 posts and 1 years membership).
 
Well I got some components delivered today using the free delivery option. I have to say that the service is simply outstanding. While I have used OcUK over the years and have been impressed with the service, it has got even better with DPD. I like how you get status emails from them and even an email stating what hour they will deliver the package in.
