Free Shipping for Loyal Forum Members

i think they should give free shipping to people that have spent nearly £2k with them in just over 9 months and pay for the RMA shipping when a graphics card throws a spaz ;)
 
I remember one time when i ordered from OcUK a bloke delivered my item in DPD uniform but was driving a Ford Mondeo with no markings to say he was with DPD.

I can only assume his van broke down or he was in the area before picking up his van.

Still, great service from OcUK and the delivery services of course.

If your forum account is linked you cannot move it, this stops people from sharing forum accounts and shop accounts. - If you contact me in the customer service forum with your emails you use to sign up your shop account and your postcode if you have ordered from us before we can sort it out for you. :)
 
It is a shame that you guys don't offer free shipping for everything for NI, as I was going to hold out for the SSD prices to drop to about £70-75 and order it from here due to the customer service and free haribo :p and of course free delivery (well I thought I would have got free delivery for a SSD anyway.......) but £7.25 to deliver it (cheapest option) is too expensive IMO, so since the SSD prices won't be dropping to £65-67 (inc. VAT) any time soon I just went and ordered the crucial m4 128GB somewhere else for £75 and free delivery (Royal Mail).

Should at least have an option for Royal Mail first class as well.

Shipping to N/Ireland used to be £15, we have reduced the cost so it is the same as the pricing in the UK Mainland. For DPDs service it is unbeatable really, and we do have options for 1st Class however for an SSD, it is not possible for us due to insurance and how expensive they are.
 
Yeah, don't get me wrong now, the delivery costs for here are much better than the majority of other etailers especially a certain one that begins with an "E" :mad: and even more so when I want to order small things like fans etc.


It just would have been nice for NI customers to receive free delivery for everything as well especially when the delivery is that price :p

We have looked into cheaper services, but the problem is they are not usually reliable. Look at free delivery company we used a few months back, for example, I cannot say bad things, but I am sure others here can mention what their service was like. :)
 
We have already, we cut it from half price, it used to be around the £14/15 mark however we reduced it so it is the same price as UK Mainland. So you are getting the same pricing as people over on the mainland (even though it costs us more to ship to N/Ireland [same with all UK places, like the highlands and Isles etc]). :)
