No matter where they live? We ship around the world and if we pay everyones shipping it just wouldn't be viable. :p

n00b question...

Is this free delivery service still available? I will be ordering some new computer bits some time in the next fortnight.

Also, is the delivery limited to next day (or whatever) excluding saturday delivery? If so, I'll have to have a delivery made to my work address - I'm assuming having a different delivery address to the billing address is doable?

Ta.

It's still available.

Saturday delivery isn't available for free.

It'll be first class post (small low cost items) or DPD next working day (Monday-Friday).

I have deliveries from OcUK to a non-billing address.

God damn it I feel like I've been signed up for ages but still not 100 posts! :( Hate shipping costs, often means I have to go with other sites where I have free shipping on their forums! :L

You guys are probably aware, but a very good/popular etailer no longer apply a surcharge for deliveries to the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland, doesn't matter what the cost of the item is or how heavy it is either, delivery prices are very good, especially considering they ship every thing to my address for free now :D even items up to like £278. It is economy shipping, so might take an extra few days, but it saves a fair bit of money.

You need to sort something out rather soon otherwise you won't be getting many orders from NI etc. customers especially when I and many people aren't getting our haribo with the orders either!!!!! :p

We used a cheap service before. The whole forum complained.

Have u guys been pretty busy today? I was hoping my order would be posted but seems like I'll have to wait till tmrw, which means parcel not with me till Thursday :(
at least it was free :D

any chance this could be made clear when we get to the ordering page? i place an order on 22nd late at night thinking mine would be here, from memory it said free nextday dpd in brackets. and i was expecting my order to be here. i woulda chosen the other options as i wanted to use my bank holiday modding my case

Just done a 'test-run' on an order taking it to the checkout etc. I've linked my account and all.

Now, I don't want to have to read through 51 pages, but I've seen bits and pieces mentioning Northern Ireland, where I'm living.

Has it been removed again? Was being charged £12.50 for most of a system.

It seems to have been removed, i got nailed yeaterday on an offer and charged for postage, yet my previous orders were not charged postage.
The randomness is becoming irksome.

If i orderd a motherboard, would it be sent by dpd? 80quid it costs

i know its not much but id rather have dpd deliver my stuff lol

I'd say yes.

Something of that value wouldn't be covered by the compensation limit for first class post.

The easiest way to find out is to add it to your shop basket and see what the free delivery option is.

I guess this means, that living in the Republic of Ireland (south), I am not applicable to get the free p+p once i qualify?

This a shame, but can someone confirm this, as I am a bit unsure.
