This is working for London customers ?? trying to order a new rig but the account isn't doesn't seem to be connected, as I am missing my free shipping option ?? coulda bet that it was there yesterday :(

Log into your shop account and go to "You and your account".

Make sure your forum account is linked there with your forum user name and password.

I suspect you have 2 shop accounts and have previously linked the old one, it won't let you change it even though it doesn't give a warning.

Please post in customer service so we can talk accounts openly.

Living in N.Ireland...which is part of the UK...I have NEVER had free shipping on my big orders :/

They should throw up a disclaimer that some are more equal than others and wont get free shipping

Why do they need a disclaimer? People just need to learn to read.

I seen that just today after my 100 posts. I guess I must have missed it too. I was all excited updating my account, then reailised it doesn't even apply.

I know it may cost a little more to post to Northern Ireland, but I hate that there is a distinction as we are part of the UK. Surely OCUK could amend it to give us N.I customers a discounted shipping? Doesn't have to be free, but a discount would go a long way. Many other companies offer free shipping to here!

Not at all, those that are not part of the mainland cost more to deliver to due to being overseas. Uses more staff, power, and resources.

The further you ship out, and the less remote to get to the more it will be. Just the way it is as it is further away, and more difficult to get to.
