If that is typical of the ranges for these monitors then it really will be necessary for the buyer to get as much info as they can before buying to avoid disappointment. Made even more difficult if the monitor manufacturers don't normally make this info easy to find.
It isnt, at least two of those monitors are gsync ones that have already been tested to worj down to 30fps, no idea what those ranges are supposed to be but they arent the gsync/freesync ranges
