I didnt think it would have a cockpit view, i mean its not a sim its pure arcade fun. The wheel support, hmm it might depend on what wheel maybe? I hope my momo works.

That is a BIG let down as this game doesnt support any wheel or pad... How did this pass Codemasters QA? 2 year old GRID has support for almost every wheel/pad but this doesnt? COME ON CODEMASTERS!!!???

If theyve any sense 1.1 will be out within days...

Has anyone received their copy of Fuel today?
I pre-ordered mine from an online retailer, and they have let me down, and I doubt it'll be here before the weekend is over :(

Feels like I've been waiting forever for this to come out..

Got mine out the river, installed without problems. Haven't checked my framerate, but seems fine at 1920 x 1080 on at AMD 4800 x2 and a 8800GT.

Online seems like it will be quite good fun, only managed to have one race on there so fra though.

So you can free roam 5000+ square miles?? All linked together??

It seems that way, but until you win enough races and unlock each camp (cover a section of the land) you can't partake in other races within those locked zones, but you can ride just around if you feel the urge too.

Found an annoyance now though, with sound effects. When driving offroad they seem to have used what sounds like a short but repetitive backfiring sound and I find it quite irritating to drive with.

The driving seems awesome, I mean, take a casual cruise at 70mph from one end of the map to the other :p

i kinda like it... not the best game out but it's ok :) had to lower my overclock on 8800gt was crashing because of the weather in uk :O
