Had 10p off per L via tesco fuel save. Already have 12p built up from xmas shopping for next month

That's a bizarre measurement, not seen that one before. It's usually litres/100km in mainland Europe isn't it?

22L/100miles equates to 20.7mpg whereas 22L/100km is about 12.8mpg!

Back on topic, prices round here seem to be averaging 113.9 for petrol, although the fuel price finder in the car is reporting places as low as 109.9 - need to scope these out although if you do the maths, it only takes going a few miles out of your way to fill up to wipe out the perceived saving, even on a full tank.

Just put a bit in at the local BP station, Amex have a £5 for £50 spend statement credit, so naturally i filled with £50.44 as it makes more sense to be filling in 50's at the moment.

Signed at 115.9 but actually 104.4ppl equivalent.

Might as well milk that offer until it expires at the end of Jan.

Double checked, deffo L/100miles
20mpg I can live with 12.8 and I'd be getting something more economical...
Even a thirsty as **** rx8 would use less fuel

55L Tank ~ 240-270miles
55L = 12Gallons
55L Tank gets me from 240-270miles
250/12 = 20.8mpg

And yes you had me that concerned I double checked

You have a Westfield or some sort of track car don't you? My V8s sadly take 3 figures each to fuel, £50 buys less than half a tank even at today's prices in one of them
