Poll: Game Of The Year 2015

Dirt Rally is my flavour of the month but I really enjoyed both GTA5 and Dying Light.

Voting for Dirt Rally though. It's a bit annoying that I can't drive well after a few beers but that just proves how good/realistic it is in my book.

This thread is going to turn into a W3 vs FO4 thread.

As much as i like Witcher 3, i found GTA much more enjoyable wasting time in-game so that gets my vote.

I would say Witcher 3 but I just think the story is boring, good start but it just fizzles out with easy combat against "supernatural" feared warriors.

My game of the year is Tomb Raider in 4K, stunning all round. Been a pretty rubbish year for games, tons of mediocrity.

Fallout 4 I'm playing on console.

I'm going to say Anno 2205.

The Witcher 3 for certain. It just scores so well on so many points.

Witcher 3 is good but after 2 games in the series I was expecting better combat, not another click fest.

Fallout 4 is not game of the year material.

Tough to call. Been some really good games this year. I think I would go:


1. The Phantom Pain
2. Pillars of Eternity
3. Assassin's Creed Syndicate(can't believe how good this is!)
4. The Witcher 3
5. Wasteland 2 DC

Also can't believe Fallout isn't in my top 5!...If you had told me that 6 months ago I would not have believed you!

Honourable mention for Dying Light

Haven't played that many games this year, but I played the W3 from May until around Oct. That s a long time for a single player game.

The amount of detail they packed into the game is amazing.

Going to MAKE time for Pillars of Eternity, great start and atmosphere, graphics, sound. It's on my hitlist. Anno 2205 peeks my interest too, heard a lot of positives for that.

Elite Dangerous, it's pretty much the only PC game I've played all year, not expecting anything different for 2016 either

I'm just glad I've got a PS4 and Xbox One, some stunning exclusives on them next year.

But I am getting an itch for a good RTS, never got into one since Dune 2.

Didn't realize that was PC too, budget game of the year easily, it's amazing.
