2015 has been insane. I've played lots of really awesome 2015 titles, but have still missed

- Pillars of Eternity
- Undertale
- Metal Gear Solid V
- Fallout 4
- Life is Strange
- Dirt Rally
- SOMA

I'm like 99.9% sure Fallout 4 would be in contention or at least high on the list if I'd played it as I love Bethesda RPG's with a passion. And I've no doubt some of these others have the potential to affect any Top 10 list I made.

But going by what I *have* played, it's The Witcher 3. I haven't actually completed the game or even played the DLC, but it's still pretty much an easy pick for me. I'll make a full list with explanations and all at some point.

Witcher 3 GOTY. Rocket League indie GOTY.

Fallout 4 was... was it was Fallout - I don't think it was mindblowing or anything, it was just a fallout game (which are always of a pretty high standard)
MGSV was lacking in strong narrative imho, which is weird for a KOJIMA GAME (As much as konami are being dicks about it)!!!!
Anno 2205 is .... not an Anno game, feels more like a mobile game with PC graphics with how much of the core Anno mechanics are cut out/down.

Life is Strange deserved honorable mention for excellent writing.
Dreamfall Chapters gets a mention for actually getting some Chapters out (feels like I was waiting an eternity for this)

Batman gets Worst Game of the Year.

To those saying FO4 - can I ask why? What does it do better than Witcher 3? Or is it simply you didn't play Witcher 3? :P

Just looked at my Steam. Exactly the same play time in Witcher 3 as Fallout 4 - 71 hours. Didn't expect that. That's for a *mostly* complete run in each, I know there were a few quests not done.
I'm waiting for all the DLC to come out for Witcher 3 before re-playing. I don't expect I'll play Fallout 4 again (which again says something about the quality difference imho)
