US: Game of Thrones Season 3 (contains spoilers)

@%$! Just got real !!!

Amazing episode.

I'm not even sure if the books say who ultimately wins this war yet. But I can't see how deanerys can lose it tbh.

Really looking forward to the next series as I doubt we'll see her fight at kings landing this season will we ?

Can't see her loosing either, never read the books and I'm glad I don't know what's coming makes it more enjoyable.

Dragons,boats,Unsullied oh my!

To be honest, if it weren't for the last 10 mins, the episode was pretty boring.

There are and have been far too much talking from all the characters of what they are PLANNING to do but nothing has actually happened. They all seem to be in the middle of a journey, all seem to be going somewhere or want to go somewhere, which is all and good at the end but at least give us a sub plot to cheer about. The dragons are the exception, it seems she (forgot her name) is actually making progress !

I don't understand how anyone could find the previous episode boring it was one of the most intense and interesting episodes so far from any of the seasons and not just because of the 10 minutes at the end

Really looking forward to the next series as I doubt we'll see her fight at kings landing this season will we ?
maybe by series 5 or six unless they decide to skip the majority of her book stuff

BTW if anyone who doesn't realise what's going on with theon

arknor ... Thankyou! That has really been bugging me and now you have said it was obvious.

This episode was great, just wish they wouldn't show that big massive woman knight, for some reason she irritates the life out of me!

Daenerys is a babe and so is Joffrey's woman.

I've said it before and i'll say it again ... schwingggg.

lol joffreys woman has the weirdest looking face and her eye brows really annoy me because they seem far to high.
Guess she looks even worse when they are plucked to be lower though..

From some angles shes kinda hot looking but from others she just looks creepy to me, one of those weird women that are borderline munter/hot

I don't find any of the main female cast amazingly hot.... Daenerys is definitely the best looking of the lot however, but as already said Margaery Tyrell is a bit odd.

It's kinda wrong to say anything about Sansa given she's only 17. But I noticed last episode she is certainly more attractive now she's a bit older.

Of them all, I'd have to say Daenerys's new handmaiden/slave girl wins :)

It's the character Natalie Dormer is playing IMO, she was much hotter in The Tudors as Anne Boleyne than as Margaery. She suits the more cheeky roles.

I like Daenerys but not especially for her looks I wouldn't even rate her looks that high tbh maybe 6/10
emilia clarke looking her normal self is probably 8/10 though I don't think the daenerys makeup does much for her, but I love the way she carries herself in the show.
I suppose it's hard to find good looking english/irish women :P

All of them are posh as hell as well so borderline imbred features like the royals

Oddly i think most of the women whilst in the show look much better than their normal going out makeups.
From the various event photos I have seen, they all seem to look pretty good in the show.

A very slooooooow episode this week.

The highlight was
brienes amazing ass

Tywin being
alpha troll
at the end was epic though, other than that and jaime+briene
talking in the hot tub about the mad king
the episode was pretty dull

Spoilered since I'm prob the only person with a hbogo account and the ep only finished 50mins ago

I was a little disappointed that there was not a lot more made of the reincarnation of Beric Dondarrion. If you had no prior knowledge of the reason he comes back to life that scene would have been slightly confusing and very lack luster. :/
I also can't stand the use of randoms songs at the end of the episode. The theme tune is very powerful and I feel very anticlimactic at the end with rubbish songs.

Books two and three were fairly long reads, and I think this series is doing it perfect justice, they were very much about the political and although slow it is great that they aren't diverging a huge amount of these story (minus the minor details)

I've not seen this week's episode yet but it's not particularly clear in the books either is it? It's just a some sort of power Thoros has from the Lord of Light?

PEOPLE SHOULD NOT GOOGLE ABOUT BERIC BEING RESURRECTED BY THOROS! THERE IS A MONUMENTAL SPOILER AROUND HIM! DO NOT DO IT!

Just a warning in case you guys talking gets people on the fire and ice wiki page for him

Good advice.... In fact, you shouldn't really Google anyone!

I am a little disappointed with Beric tbh, he is a bit too jolly. Also wasn't really keen on the Barristan/Jorah interactions this week, and Jaime's arc progressing a little too quickly.

Not a bad episode though, barring a few gripes. Conincidence that an episode without Ros or Shae in it seems a lot better? :p

I loved Jaime's "bathtub confession". It played out beautifully... One of the best scenes of the series so far. He's never come close to showing that kind of vulnerability, and it hit home quite hard because of it. The look of cognitive dissonance on Brienne's face rounded it off nicely. She was clearly shocked by Jamie's story, but believed what he was saying 100%. Great acting and writing all round for that scene.

I also loved Lord Tywin, yet again, laying down the smack to his offspring :D Tyrion and (particularly) Cersai love to feel like they're great and powerful administrators of the kingdom, but five minutes with daddy dearest and they're right back to being seven years old again.

I was also a little underwhelmed by Beric's resurrection. It's a really major plot point and I thought it was a little underwhelming. I liked the actual duel between the Hound and Beric Dondarrion though.
