US: Game of Thrones Season 3 (contains spoilers)

Wow, that episode was unbelievable! I'm a little disappointed in the way things turned out though. As someone said on another forum, you need a 'good' character or two to root for, the show is pointless otherwise. I just feel like they're killing off too many of the good or likeable characters, while the Lannisters have gone almost completely unscathed thus far. Hopefully that will change in the next series!

The series is merely being realistic: the bad win, and they win by stamping on the good. Good Triumphing is for fairy stories. This is what Martin is trying to show. There are still some "goodish" characters around, so now we have to see how they do, and how bad they have to become in order to do so.

Yea, waiting for Mannis to swing into action :D

One thing I wasn't keen on was Grey Worm, Jorah and Daario basically taking guys apart left, right and center like they are playing a videogame...not really in the spirit of the series imo. It is an aspect that runs through the books, that no matter how good you are, being outnumbered is a major disadvantage.

Wasn't it majorly hinted that the Yunkai were crap slave soldiers though?

For all those that wonder what might happen next, check out the wiki on Lady Stoneheart. Warning it's a pretty big spoiler, however I can see why it's a Time for Wolves!

I just hope they put it in, because to be honest this season has been RUBBISH ( a few great bits )

I'll echo the sentiments of others, I knew what was coming but it was still a wow moment!

Disappointed to see a beautiful lady leave the show however...... Catelyn was so hot......no...... No, I meant Talisa :o :D

The Red wedding had to be done I think. Rob let his **** be his friend in making a few decisions, and rather than playing on a few tropes, he had no magical way out of his mistakes and had to pay for it. Looks like my boy Gendry is going to get killed after all

Reading people reactions on Twitter/HBO forums etc is hilarious...."You have ruined my life"/"The writers are ****"/"I'll never watch it again"....brilliant! People are really angry.

I was like that after I read that part of the book. I thought I wouldn't read the next one as I couldn't believe what he'd done to the Starks. That lasted about a day until I realised that there are some other great characters and stories :).
Really good episode last night with the exception of Grey Wind. He should have gone down taking 10+ with him, but I guess that CGI costs $$$.
