Games you're playing, and games...

Just about 10 hours into the newest, Assassins Creed : Mirage..its not too bad, but I am getting some bad stuttering every now and again, once, the screen froze and I thought I would have to force quit, but after about 5 seconds later, it resumed fine?? :( :confused:

This is on Series X btw. I hope they patch this **** up soon!

That sounds super odd, are you playing on performance or quality? Maybe swap to the other depending on which one you're on?

I played the whole game on PS5 (and got the 100% plat trophy) but never had any stuttering issues at all. As far as I was aware, the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions were identical as well.

It’s on performance mode. I will try quality mode, I would have thought it would have made things worse, but will try..

Strange, as other games (so far) seem ok.
 
Moved on from Dead Cells now, so have started on Hades for some thing along the same lines. Been enjoying it so far, though still figuring out some of the systems and managed to beat the first boss a few times but haven't managed to get to the second boss yet. Suspect I have a lot of work ahead of me!
 
God of War (2018) on ps5

Never finished it back when it released, playing on story mode as I found it quite challenging before on normal from what I remember, so hopefully story mode I can at least complete it and enjoy the story.
Such a stunning looking game and gameplay mechanics are just a joy.

Just got that myself but need to finish The Last of Us Part I.
 
Really enjoying Persona 3 reload. I’d usually say it isn’t my type of game, but I’m having a lot of fun. Not sure how long it’ll hold my attention, but it’s good fun. Another win to gamepass.

This is nuts. I don't think I've seen a single comment ever saying someone DISliked Persona. I really must investigate these games.

Finding the whole thing quite intriguing and the characters great. I’m not even a fan of anime and I’m even digging that. Soundtracks on point. It definitely scratches an itch and I’m keen to play the others now.

5 is the best honestly. I’ve played it through 3 times. But be prepared… even if you beeline it, it’s like.. almost 100 hours a play through. Worth it though.

Edit. And go for royale. Not the original. It includes extra characters and an extra palace / semester.

Is there any link between them all or could I start with 5 first?
 
well, still had crashing and stuttering issues, i completed the game though, so happy days. (didnt do 100%, dont have the patience for that, but most of it done).
