On my bios i dont have 3d power control option or advanced cpu core fetures or that pwm phase control

How do I show you from bios picture from phone?

Oh btw I think advanced power settings might be might version of 3d power control things on there are just in different order like pm phase control is at the bottom not top.

It might because you are on a newer BIOS than I was using when I got those screen shots, I was on F3o.

So show me your BIOS pages and I will use that instead.

Plug a USB stick into the USB ports and press F12 on each bios page, that saves a PNG image to the stick of each one, then just link them for me.

So you have PWM phases and loadline calibration available.

Can you see that your Turbo ratios show that when 1 or 2 cores are being used it goes to 3.8Ghz, and when 3-4 are being used it is 3.7Ghz.

So set those four number to all the same, i.e 40X and when all four cores are being used it will be 4.0Ghz.

Its 40, you see where it says AUTO next to those four numbers (38.38.37.37) change AUTO to 40 for all four.

It should boot and be fine without touching any Vcore.

Set to max.

Save+exit, then watch CPU-Z show 4GHz as soon as you do anything stressful.

The CPU should still speedstep down to its lowest speed and the Vcore should follow when idle.
