Well then, where do you draw the line? Should we keep men and women apart on the street so that men can't look at women? Of course not. Sure, if someone is harrassing a woman or making her uncomfortable, then she should rightly be allowed to have him stopped. However, you can't keep everyone apart for the sake of "protecting" us from each other.
Now, in this case the gay guy made Huddy feel uncomfortable by leering, so I'd say Huddy should be allowed to do something to stop that.
What we can't do is separate gay people out for fear of them leering at straight people. For one thing it would be crazy to have 4 changing rooms. For another, it would be extremely difficult to segregate people.
