It's my temporary folder. Back in the day of having 'small' screens, I would delete things when I run out of desktop space. Unfortunately now it is based on HDD space.

Anymore than 3 vertical rows of shortcuts is stupid imo.
My hate is people who type something in than use the mouse to click ok. Just press bloody enter ffs!! Conversely those programs that don't allow shortcuts should be burned like some of the stuff we have at work.

This! When people have the start button in places that it shouldn't be. I know it might be anal to say keep it at the bottom, but that is how I have it, so that is how it should be.
