Geforce GTX 780, 770 coming in May

Got 2 baskets full of bits for my first gaming pc in many years, and now find myself waiting on nvidia to launch 7 series, reading this thread and looking round web, then taking Titan into account?
I'd say 780 around £5-600
770 bout. £4-450
760 ?..... £250ish
I'm not bothered settling on amd or nvidia,if decent price praps pair of 670's,just feel inclined to wait on official 7 series specs n pricing.

If the Euro prices are to be believed then think £100 lower for 770 and 780

You could pick up a pair of 670s for about £440, which would blow the 780 away at 2/3 of the price.

If you're not bothered about AMD or Nvidia, then I would really suggest you go for the 7970GHz CF. Incredible performance for the price.

Loyalty to GPU manufacturers is absolutely tragic. It's one of the very saddest phenomenons I have ever seen. It truly is sad beyond measure.

Gaming is always going to be a bit of a geeky world - but these people who invest their hearts and souls into defending one side or the other must be so lonely. I could understand 12 year olds arguing about GPU's I guess, but to read grown men having their ickle feelings hurt about their graphics card manufacturer just blows my mind.

I just buy the right fit for need and buy whatever gives the best bang for the buck, anything else is just childish and sad.

Which just so happens to be AMD and if anyone dare say anything against them, they will be in for a torrent of abuse :p

Personally, I buy what I can afford and what I need. No brand loyalty from me and I would happily swap out brands if they offered the performance I need.

Funny how you've taken such a general post to heart, I've obviously touched a nerve...
