Then NHS is a hard one, as we get better at finding conditions so we do more treatment which costs more money, if what Farage has just said is true it's mad any other country would not treat us without insurance yet we throw treatment at people like its candy. It's not like it's being said to not treat black or disabled people it seems putting the people born here first is right to me and tourists costs should be picked up by the relevant country they are from.

He didn't say that at all he said x percent of people with aids in this country were not born here as any one with aids can come here and get treatment
