Whether I agree with UKIP's policies or not, I quite like Farage as a personality, at least he's something different.

I'd love to see the 2 main parties get a kick up the arse as they have become complacent and have forgotten they're meant to work for us and not us for them but I don't want to see a lurch to the right to get that kick up the arse.

I'm a hated on these forums leftie but I am pragmatic enough to know governments too far to the left or right is not a good thing for our country.
 
ITV poll has Farage first in poll of us at home!

I'm watching this on a delayed IPlayer stream, for me he is the closest to a straight talker (and I agree with him about the £10 billion foreign aid cut). Shame, like the Greens, his party probably doesn't have the calibre of person necessary to run a government.
 
What's the problem with a referendum? They're talking like it's a done deal, and the decision is based on whoever is in power.

Surely that's democracy for you, the people should be able to vote on it.

The Greens actually saying something decent for once, she's right, it's up to the people.
