just seen my BIOS has gone back to F2 and my mouse no longer works in the BIOS. I have updated back to F3 but mouse still does not work in BIOS

guessing you've tried unplugging and plugging back in whilst its powered on.
Mine isn't recognised in the K5 from cold boot up. also using the top blue 3.0 USB works the best and activates when its replugged in

What I discovered is that it booted to the backup BIOS. I unplugged the system and when I plugged it back in it went back to the main BIOS and the mouse was working.

Although I still have XMP problem but Gigabyte have sent me a BIOS F4b

Worked fine for me on F3 but only with 16GB RAM looped on 32GB, the BIOS reset didn't need to pull battery out.

Works fine with the new BIOS though

Gigabyte said it should be released soon when ever that is.

I have noticed sometimes on a cold boot the system does take a while to boot don't know if it's because I have fast boot enabled.
