Went to redeem the key, but after logging in it to the ASUS website it asks for which product I purchased, store name (safe to say OcUK) and the serial number of the product.

Does anyone know if there is a way to redeem the code without registering a product? If not maybe Bailey can provide this info? :)

Managed to get the code from Asus with the help of Gregster. Added it to steam and had a quick go :)

PITA to redeem though lol

I spent the whole of Saturday putting the card through its paces and benched a few games (20 in total) with every setting fully maxed out that is possible and at 1440P.

Damn, that Rise of the Tomb Raider seems to require a lot of power. You are getting like double the frames vs Tomb Raider (2013) :eek:

Noticed you got a intro logo up at the start of your new videos ;)

Any plans on getting a 4K monitor? Probably in the next 12 months there will be 144Hz one which would suit you as you like fast twitch games. I rarely play anything that benefits much from going above 60Hz. I am old school, 30 fps does the job in a lot of games :)

Recently got a Asus MG279Q 144Hz monitor and was not impressed and had to return it. It had a dead pixel, was yellow at the bottom right side of the screen due to heavy backlight bleeding. But worst part was the image quality vs my current 4k Dell monitor. The difference was like night and day.

Had a go of Tomb Raider (2013) and FIFA 2016 and I found the down grade in image quality to be much bigger than expected. FIFA 2016 looked like a different game. The sharpness 4k brings makes a big difference. Luckily for me I don't mind low fps so running 4k is not a problem. Plus I tend to turn of a lot of post processing effects in games. Like depth of field, blurring effects etc which help :D

@TNA - Sadly, no big purchases for me for a while as the boss has put her foot down. I will try and sneak a 480 past her though and give that a good test.

Haha. I know the feeling. Was close to getting a Vive, but in the end I decided to wait as there is not enough content out yet. By the time there is, hopefully the price will be a little cheaper and therefore easier convince the boss :p
 
I would think an Auto include would be the "BIG FAT THUMBS UP"

You mention that in your video so that should be the benchmark for all future reviews
