Care to elaborate?

Its just been on the news that a device was found in the hospital where the guy was being treated, thats why it was evacuated, not in order to keep people away from him as had been suggested here.

An IED or just something suspicious?

It just said that the hospital was evacuated due to the discovery of "a suspicious device".

Might be nothing, but its only just breaking on sky news.

Edit - Also the police have just confirmed that todays incident IS directly linked to the car bombs in London.

Honestly, If you are suspicious of these people go out with them, if anything is suspicious inform the authorities.

Anyone got any more info on muslims and universities?

I've never thought about the point raised above, which seems fairly logical really?
It is well known. The Govt recently wanted to have Govt approved Imams and asked Uni lecturers to be vigilant about certain student groups, there is also a book written by someone who was turned into one of these freaks at Uni who then left "the cause" called "the islamist".
The Uni lecturers refused to "spy" on students.
The only shocking thing is that you weren't already aware of what is going on, then again it seems most people are utterly ignorant to it.

Don't hospitals have shedloads of radio-active materials lying around?

They don't have "shedloads" of it and it's not just "lying around"... but yes, a hospital would contain a comparatively large amount of radioactive material. Certainly not enough to be worried about though.

The suspicious device that was found in the hospital, was found on the suspect that was taken there.

It is beleived to be a suicide belt and is still being analysed.

(This is breaking on sky news and is not yet on any websites)

How'd that work? when he was arrested all his clothes had burnt off? they had pics of him in nowt but his boxers?
