God & Science Proved!

As you have evidence, you have neither proved or disproved anything.

I can provide a story which explains it with the same degree of validity also,

"God used a magic wand & made it happen."

plants were created before sunlight

What?! Perhaps I am misunderstanding this point but it seems to suggest that, even though according to the Bible (a highly dubious source in itself) everything started with "Let there be light" and then God went on the create the Earth etc, plants came into being before light. If that is the starting point for any argument then the entire concept in invalidated.

Also, "Now since we know the universe is constantly expanding at the moment and has been since the start of time. The only logical explanation is that the space in between atoms are getting further apart". This makes little sense to me either. If you have two bags of Maltesers (here representing either the atoms in a molecule or stars in a galaxy - whichever floats your boat) and then move them apart from each other, how do you think that the space between the individual Maltesers changes? At that point I gave up trying to understand your "logic".

It is only a theory that space is expanding from a singularity that is largely based on observations.

My theory of the universe is that it is more organic and sporadic. Where galaxies and solar systems form in different places in the universe at different times. Which means no big bang, no expanding from a single point.

Our planet has expanded in size, at one point it was a hard rock with shallow seas that eventually formed larger seas and as it expanded the earth split apart and the oceans cooled the magma. The continents as we know them were all connected at one point on a smaller planet. But as the planet expanded the continents separated from each other.

There is evidence for this theory but because it does not fit with the religious story of the creation of the universe and planet, this truth has been suppressed.

Science isn't your strong point is it?

Now the two main arguments

it is in my opinion

lets just imagine

Im going to use the above example

the theory (your opinion, not theory)

Now lets say (let you say, not us)

There's a high possibility a few billion years in our universe could have happened in days from the outside observers view (again your flawed opinion)

The outside observer could have then documented it and somehow sent it to earth (highly unlikely) - (if it's so unlikely how did the information get here)

Following my above theory (again your opinion not theory)

Now my personal thesis (you did a PHD on this?)

on this is that someone a long time ago could have either passed information on (contradicting yourself)

10,000 - 100,000 years if you incorporate my theory. (again it's not a theory it's an opinion of yours, created in a short time)

So is there a possibility of a religion being correct along with science? (Religion was created by man out of ignorance, science created man and religion, so yes)

What is this I don't even...

That's possibly the worst OP I've ever read, including the spam we delete.

Then there's almost as bad from groen.

Expanding earth as opposed to the pangea theory which says that all the continents where once one land mass on the same size planet, that magically disconnected from each other and floated around the planet like a turd on a river.

For myself, a christian, i have faith. I believe that god created us all and nothing any of you lot could say would sway my belief. You lot could be right but i believe god is the creator of all. I may get slagged off on here by some, maybe all for believing what i do but everyone has an opinion etc and if you lot choose not to believe like i do then that is fine by me. I am not here to try and make you lot of heathens believe :D

Where did the extra mass of the planet come from?

I believe that god created us all and nothing any of you lot could say would sway my belief.

Of course you do, and of course it wouldn't.

That is the basis of all religious control.
