How has this been going? I ask as I had a free PT session at my gym today, offered to all members as recompense for our memberships going up this year - also a good way to drum up some new business for the PT's, where I got them to run through the TPI flexibility screening. My range of movement is probably a bit better than I give myself credit for but they did identify I have tight hip flexors and some restricted shoulder movement (a legacy of the frozen shoulder I had a couple of years back). Went away with some additional stretches and exercises to incorporate into my existing regime.Went back to see Paul at Mind Body Golf on Monday and we spoke about some mental stuff/pre shot routine etc. He's also given me some exercises for Pilates for my restricted hip range etc.
