Just about all versions are the best Cider I've tasted so far, thank god for the Swedes!

I have to say bulmers red apple is the nicest i've had in ages, but it was limited edition for spring afaik,
magners is nice regardless of wether people say "its not real cider!" its made from apples, just like the rest,
stella cider is nice, quite sweet as someone said, similar kind of taste to magners
and to whoever mentioned pear cider.. theres no such thing, using pears makes it perry, completely different drink

Stowford press is really nice, but I do really like Rekorderlig aswell!

Although, when out in clubs/pubs, I normally stick with Magners as I like that, unlike Strongbow, Bulmers, Gaymers etc... And not many pubs/clubs I've been to sell Stowford press or Rekorderlig.

What's wrong with Magners/Bullmers/Gaymers?

And where can I get something decent without spending a ton? Certainly not Sainsburys/Tescos who like to charge £4+ per litre.

i'm surprised no-one's mentioned brothers yet. love strawberry brothers and kopparberg, especially pear kopparberg. also strongbow can be nice, but out the tap, out the can it's horrible, just like gaymers. magners and bulmers are also good ciders.

What's wrong with them is that they're mainstream, and the cider weenies won't stand for that! You need something that looks like it needs a knife and fork to eat which takes your fillings out on the way down and leaves you with a 4 day hangover, obviously.

Seriously, if OP is drinking Tesco Value Cider, does anyone believe his palate is suddenly going to accommodate Old Rosie? Give over.
