Good spot to live in the Uk?

Stoke on Trent.
You could buy mansions for £800,000 and people are really friendly.
We have four A&E/Walk in Centres and our Trust is a major trauma centre.
We also have a bustling music scene.
 
What does this guy do for a living he says he want's 2 A&E's nearby and does shift work and his name suggests a specialist consultant of sorts but the last guy I'd want looking after me is him he sounds like an absolute rocket. Please tell me I'm wrong and the reason he needs 2 A&E's nearby is because he needs to rotate which ones he goes to because they get sick and tired of treating him for walking into glass doors.

He can't do basic things. Like write a simple email to his landlord when his pram which was parked in the cycle shed was taken away. Countless other priceless threads. Did he not divorce a mail order bride too at one point?

Now he wants to know where he should spend £2 mill on property and he thinks GD is the answer.
