We had an amazing day yesterday - I took my 11 old son and he totally loved it. We left the house at about 4:30am and got back home at 1am
The event has expanded massively since I last went in 2004 and it was rammed, but did get less busy after about 4pm. There is so much to do and see now that you really need 2-3 days to cover it.
