Grab them on live chat they're helpful on there at tracking. There was an issue booking my phone in which slowed it down but once booked in it was fine. Think it took a week and half because of the delay.
Did you get an e-mail from Motorola when they confirmed your phone was ok to send in, had details of where to send it etc. The number you need should be in there. As I said mine didn't get booked in straight away which meant I couldn't track it.
