I was on the Marshmallow Beta and still haven't had the OTA :( Is this normal?

I could just wipe and install factory image mind you, now it's not my daily driver.

Since the ladt update me and the Mrs have both noticed when filming that focus keeps going in and out. Both on stock marshmallow. Anyone else ?

I've been looking on dbrand last night :)
Reviews are saying that carbon and leather ones have more grip.
I'm tempted to go for wood effect :)

Hey,

Interested to hear how you get along with the other textures - I had to rip off the dbrand last night, as it was just getting way too slippery!

I just pulled the trigger on a Slickwraps natural back. They use Horween leather (same as the leather backs for the Moto X), so hoping it will be nice and grippy, and should also age nicely.

Will post some pics up when I get it!

Cheers,

Su

I updated to Chroma on 6.0 on Friday, very impressed with battery life now. Came off charge at about 7AM, 2 hours SOT, about 3 hours of streaming music on google play, sitting on 59% now still. Easily get 2 days out of it now.

So I just received a SlickWraps natural leather skin. It's pretty dang nice, and markedly more grippy than both the dbrand skin and the Nexus' back... problem is that it's very thick - I'd put it at about 1.5mm. Not a deal breaker, but annoying that it will create a noticeable edge around the phone. In two minds about it...

By the by, what wireless chargers are people using? The CHOE Stadium seems to be getting great reviews on the jungle store.

Cheers,

Su

OK so I contacted Motorola support and they suggested trying the phone in safe mode. Did that and the phone still kept turning itself off. I've just sent it off for repairs today so I'm currently using my Mum's HTC Sensation! :o

Can anyone suggest any decent phones for say £50-75 that I could get in the meantime, and to be a permanent backup phone, and that doesn't feel like a brick would be quicker than as this HTC Sensation feels glacially slow!!

Looks like xposed for marshmallow will be released this week.

Looking forward to amplify and YouTube adblocker again!

Mine did that a while ago, they replaced the battery and it's been fine since. Good service from Motorola - they even turned on a weeks shield on Clash of Clans so I wouldn't get attacked :p)

Battery life since Marshmallow has been mentally good for me.

How long did it take them to get the phone fixed and back to you? They got it on Tuesday. When I checked on the website to see how the work was progressing I found I needed two sets of numbers to track the phone. I only had my phone IMEI and wasn't sure where to put the incident number. Motorola support told me I had to send them my tracking number.

I'm hoping that when the phone gets fixed and I get Marshmallow installed that I will finally get the decent battery life everyone's talking about with Marshmallow. :)
