It seems other countries in the EU have been able to pre-order the 64gb edition.

Maybe the reason for the UK is that CPW have got some sort of exclusive deal on it for the first few months?

This has been happening for three years (at least) now.

Is it that they don't make enough phones - if so they should have learnt the demand of these phones by now - or that they setup stupid exclusivity agreements? Or perhaps something else entirely. Please, enlighten me.
