Nor me.. been flawless so far..
Some really bad things going on with pro7 this past week.
Camera app crashing when I zoom.
Missed a shot because of it annoying..
Screen non responsive to touch have to turn screen on and off again.
In whats app or messenger front or back camera is black and have to flip between the 2 to wake them up.
I really hope this is all software related.
I'm getting over this phone. Wondering if it's time to sell B4 it's worth plummets.
I will eventuallyHave you tried factory resetting the phone?
Amazon is selling it cheaper, I haven't had any issues buying phones from them and RMA has been fine when an issue did crop up.So yeah, think my P3 is slowly showing signs of being on the way out. On review, the P7 is probably the better option. Any deals out there at the moment? I'd usally just buy direct from Google, and £549 seems OK, but never say no a price drop elsewhere if the support is decent
No, don't think it's possible with the Android watches unlike the Apple watch. My phone alarms (P7 Pro) don't show up on my Pixel Watch. Is there a way to make them link? I'd like to be able to manage and dismiss alarms through the watch.
Shame. My Huawei used to do it too. Hopefully soonNo, don't think it's possible with the Android watches unlike the Apple watch.
What made you say the 7a is better?Hi all, might have been discussed before but as the pixel 7 and 7a are such a similar price which one should I buy? The 7 has a slightly larger screen any downsides to getting 7 over 7a? Thanks
Edit - hmmm looks like the camera of 7a might be slightly better and camera is priority for me...

pixels mean nothing.Hmm ok it was just one review I saw saying the 7a had a higher megapixel count and wider angle lens but can't see much in it....
Bought a P7 brand new for £449 on a website that has all the riffraff. They also now have the P7a at £399. They have 21 day no quibble returns so if there's a fathers day deal from Google will send back
What's the issue with gestures? I've had no issues with mine what so all and actually really welcomed when they introduced them as I was previously using BBOS10You can just say Giffgaff - OCUK don’t sell phones.
_____________
I’ve just bought myself a Pixel 7 Pro as I’ve been getting gradually more and more frustrated by iOS 16 and how buggy it has been on my 14 Pro Max.
Will report back on how I’m finding the 7 Pro once I’ve had it longer, but initially:
Fingerprint sensor is great
General UI smoothness better than Samsung but still not as good as iOS.
Gestures are still dumb
Camera is noticeably better
It feels premium but not £800 premium
Curved screens can die a death
Speakers are… serviceable

Hamburger menu is old hat. Most apps have been long updated since then. The problem is that Android, for many years, has used gestures for opening menus and other interactions within apps. The biggest one is the hamburger style menu, which is slowly dying, but you still have it in the odd app.
As a result, the back swipe is still a bit dumb in these apps, and the gestures themselves don't feel as smooth/fluid as iOS. The Pixel is the closest I've experienced, but iOS just seem to nail it.
It was the reason I switched to the iPhone XS after being an Android user since my first smartphone.

Gestures have been working near flawlessly for me.
