Pixel Fold is nearly here - Google Store
The first foldable phone engineered by Google is nearly here. Come back on May 10 and learn more about Pixel Fold at Google I/O.store.google.com
Are you talking about some kind of foldinbg tablet, or do you not understand the basic concept of foldables?don't see the point in a fold phone .. ?? might as well carry a tablet in your back pack ..
??? i've a tablet in the back room draw thats 2.5x the pixel ?? and probably thinner than a foldable so not such a lrge frame .. and thinner .. hence why i can't see the point ..Are you talking about some kind of foldinbg tablet, or do you not understand the basic concept of foldables?
Foldables concept = large screen in a small frame vs a tablet which is a large screen in a large frame.
You're welcome.
now if it was a roll out then maybePrice is too close to the regular 7.
Which can be had for less on sale.
It's not about how thin the device is, it's about the overall dimensions. An 8 inch tablet does not fit in your jeans pocket. However, an 8 inch inch tablet that folds into half the size does fit in your jeans pocket. That's the point of a foldable, portability on your person.??? i've a tablet in the back room draw thats 2.5x the pixel ?? and probably thinner than a foldable so not such a lrge frame .. and thinner .. hence why i can't see the point ..
your losing x for y ? and yes your welcome tonow if it was a roll out then maybe

again to me there's no point in putting a brick into my pocket ..when i could a) put something in a briefcase or backpack..b)that cost 1/3 of the brick .. but thx you for pushing something people really don't needIt's not about how thin the device is, it's about the overall dimensions. if you need this explaining to you then...![]()

Not everyone wants to carry a bag just to carry their tablet around. Different strokes for different folks, some will find them useful some won't.again to me there's no point in putting a brick into my pocket ..when i could a) put something in a briefcase or backpack..b)that cost 1/3 of the brick .. but thx you for pushing something people really don't need![]()

I don't care if you have a use for them or not, I am simply explaining the concept behind foldables which you still (somewhat amazingly) don't seem to get! Big screen, pocketable format. That's the point. End of story.again to me there's no point in putting a brick into my pocket ..when i could a) put something in a briefcase or backpack..b)that cost 1/3 of the brick .. but thx you for pushing something people really don't need![]()
My battery life is pretty damn epic. Admittedly I do not have a lot of screen time per day, I mostly listen to music for around an hour to and from work, but I easily get to bed time with 80+% remaining. The May update has really hammered my battery life, phone is now barely lasting a full day usage and screen on time is under 4 hours where previously it was at 6 to 7 hours. Main culprit seems to be overnight drain which is about 30% with no app being real culprit

Well of course I don't let my phone battery run down flat, I put it back on charge every evening.80%? Does that mean you are getting three to four days between charges?
