Buds 2 aren't free with the non xl either... Hope you enjoy.
 
Yup- Im fine without Buds2 as I already have Buds1.
Im looking forward to smaller phone size, face ID and/or more accurate finger print reader. The rest are all bonus coming from a pixel 7
 
Got a 9XL for £254.30 for my 6 Pro including the Google One store credit. AMEX offering £100 for a £550 spend too. Insane assuming the trade in sticks.

Possibly beacuse they can. And they want market share. 10 will be better positioned with a competitive SoC. Build up momentum for that.

Unless you spend £550 pre trade in I don't think you'll get the AMEX cashback. Trade in credit will be refunded to your original spend which will take it below £550.

Incredible deal, cheers for that, just bought the 256gb pro. With the 30% off and the trade in of my pixel 6, it puts it at £444 which is an absolute bargain!

Well, I folded (Erm, bad choice of words, I was tempted by a fold at about £500, but didn't) It's just too good an offer. I went 9 Pro 128GB and will trade my Pixel 8 at a cost of £155 to upgrade.

In regards to the cases, ill look into them. I do tend to prefer the cases that the phone brand sell, but the official google one for my pixel 6 would warp and peel away where the volume buttons were.

Hmmm just a question wether I use up my Google credit or inevitably spend it on a new pixel watch. Maybe there will be black Friday deals
 
I'll be picking up my usual Bellroy leather case when I can justify the price tag, had them on my last 3 Pixel phones and nothing comes close for the in the hand feel but they've definitely been bumping the price up each time as well :o
 
Fair enough maybe the Amex bonus won't stick, most trade-ins I've done pay via Bacs but come to think of it I've never done one via Google store. Still a great deal without

According to my man maths £1099 for a 128gb XL - 30% = £769 - £540(for pixel 7 pro trade in) = £229
Is that how it works?

Upgrade to 2tb cloud storage and get 10% store credit as well.
