Google Pixel 9 Series (9/9 Pro/9 Pro XL/9 Pro Fold & Pixel Watch 3)

What's the best slim but light case for the pixel 9 pro (not xl) as it weighs nearly 200g already and I don't want to add too much bulk or weight?

I've got the Mous case on my XL and there's almost nothing to it, very nice case for offering grip and raising the camera bump/screen up if you put it down on a flat surface while keeping the slim form of the phone.

Just jumped on this so thanks to all. EE Contract ending on my P7, so was just going to drop to sim only. Managed to get a code for the 25% off from the missus via her work, £395 trade in for the P7. Assuming all goes well, (my P7 is mint), the P9 Pro 256gb will have cost me £420. Pretty happy with that.

I used Blackmagic Camera app last night to do some filming for a mate's band as they were playing at a local gig. The results from the camera are remarkable with this app on this phone. The S24 Ultra was unable to resolve such clean detail I found with the same app and settings.

Bear in mind youtube's compression as the source file doesn't have the obvious banding seen:

So, it turns out, EE are not really bothered whether I stay or not. (I have 3 sims and home fibre) Their new system does not recognise my OLD broadband contract (Renewed in Dec 23).
This means some of the deals do not apply to me. After nearly an hour on the phone, I got nowhere.
Thinking of jumping to Voda, as recently the signal at work, home and our caravan has been sketchy anyway.
Anyone move tom EE to Voda and regretted it?

I moved from Vodafone to EE as their signal was rubbish. Im in Southampton/Fareham area.

Does the Pixel 9 pro come with a screen protector? If not, anyone recommend a decent one. Thanks.
No protector supplied. I bought this one from amazon for my pro xl: 'LK for Google Pixel 9 Pro XL'. They do a non xl version. It was a doddle to fit and works well with the fingerprint.

Pixel 9 pro XL ordered in boring black.
Thanks @Begbie

I don't think the 9 does dual SIM cards does it? I'm running 2 nano Sims for EE and O2 at the moment cos O2 works better for data when I'm at work

Annoyingly my work contract is with Vodafone, our HQ is near Fareham and when I travel down the signal is awful.
I used to be Vodafone as it was amazing here, last year or so it just went rubbish. Connected but didn't do anything. Overloaded network I assume.

Thank you. Logged on to explore cancellation options, and my app has now offered me unlimited everything including roaming for £13 pm if I stay.
It's great but annoying at the same time.

Last few weeks my Pixel 6 has started sporadically disconnected bluetooth from both my earbuds and my in car stereo so considering a move to the 9 - however unsure if I could just go a bit cheaper and buy an 8.

Does the 9 offer a lot more over the 8?

Pixel 9 is more or less twice the price so it's a big step up in cost for not a huge upgrade. From what I understand, everything is just a little bit better as you'd expect from a year-on-year release. Maybe wait and see what the 9a offers?
