the 6P is more premium? are you for real? on specs alone, the Pixel kills the 6P. e.g. Snapdragon 810 vs 821. I would say the only real advantage of the 6P is the stereo speakers. Other than that, it falls short on every aspect.

And aside from benchmarks, chances are, you aren't going to notice any big difference in "real world" use for performance, the 6P is still incredibly fast and smooth, more so than all other OEM android phones except for the OP3 (largely thanks to all its RAM so apps don't have to reload as often)

Screen wise, both will be very similar, pixel probably has the lead for brighter display but the 6P is slightly bigger, which some might prefer.

Design wise, the 6P is miles better looking imo.

Battery life goes to the pixel

Speakers, 6P destroys pixel here.

Camera, no doubt the pixel is better but again, as I mentioned above, supposedly a lot of the improvements are brought with the 7.1 preview for the 6P/5X.



Yes the pixel is better "overall" but is it worth the high price tag over the 6P? Imo, nope.

against my better judgement I have just ordered a 32GB Silver Pixel. I did say a year ago that I wished the Nexus 5x was speced the same as the 6p just in the smaller form factor and now here it is (albeit at a price!).

Don't need 32gb as I am a multi device user so require everything to be in the cloud. That's the smallest they do, so fine.

Collect it on wednesday from CPW but never mentioned anything about a £50 voucher? The receipt doesn't mention it either. Have I missed out?

Leaving £320 for a laptop, argos clearance on ebay sells "refurbs" which are basically ones that have been opened and sent back so cannot be sold as new any more for dirt cheap, easily get a £500 laptop for £320.

The Moto G4 does everything you need a phone to do, it's what you would call an 8/10 phone. No it doesn't have the best screen, processor or camera but the ones it does have aren't crap either better than average but not the best.

Found a CPW that had one on display but not impressed at the build quality for the £700+ they want for it.

The gap between the glass and frame was big enough to get my nail in. If i bought one and it came like that it would send my OCD into overload :) Should be better than this ..

Oh god.... Are we back to this whole thing about being able to fit a bit of paper between the joining parts like what happened with the one m7/m8? :D :o :p

Seriously? From my brief time with one I think it makes an iPhone seem like inferior build quality.
