** GORGEOUS NEW LG 4K MONITOR - LG 27GN950-B PRE-ORDER NOW **

I have joined the RMA list, hopefully my replacement will come with the next batch and we go again. Does anyone know if your RMA order shows in your order history? I don't have a new order there for it.
 
Is there any kind of update on this? I have pre-ordered a monitor and I don't mind the wait, but it would be nice to have some sort of timeframe. (So I stop excitedly checking my phone every time it buzzes)

Id be keen to know also, Just even if they can confirm my order is likely to be fulfilled before Christmas as its a present for my daughter.

I wish I could help you guys with any kind of ETA but I can’t. We were told on the 8th September that “Pre-orders open now, medium-ish volume of stock landing in October. Pre-order to bag one!”

So I placed an order on the 10th September and 50 or so came into stock on the 1st October filling all the pre-orders. I believe there’s been one more shipment since then filling more pre-orders.

I just don’t think ocUK have any idea themselves of an ETA otherwise I’m sure they would have let us know on this forum. It’s kind of frustrating not to have any idea of an ETA but if they can’t get one it’s impossible for them to comment further.
 
Thanks for the info nlel1975. I think it's just the situation at the moment lots of people stuck at home buying new computer equipment, That and production/shipping issues due to Covid. I was also interested in the Asus XG27UQ, but its sold out everywhere with no ETA.

Thank you for the info! Maybe its just me, but I think I would be happier even with a weekly update that said "nothing has changed- still waiting for information from supplier". But perhaps I'm just being more obsessive than most haha.
 
Thanks, first time PC builder here. this monitor and the graphics card is the only thing pending. I guess I didn't want to miss out on the complete 2020 experience.

Edit: 2020 tech buying experience, let's not get into the other 2020 experiences.
 
I feel that. monitor and graphics card here too. At least this monitor will almost certainly get here before any gpu's, and it's not like i'm going to gain that much using my old gtx 1080 non ti

I love this monitor just waiting on my 3080 now still so I can take full advantage of its features

I love this monitor too, currently using my Radeon RX580 with DisplayPort 1.4 which gets me 120hz at both 1440p and 4K resolutions. Using it at 1440p at the moment until I have something better.

Despite what you may think dropping down to 1440p looks good on this monitor. Not as good as 4K but as good as any native 1440p monitor.

Yeah iv gave my m8 his 980ti back now and have dropped on to a rx480 8gb for the time being until my 3080 gets shipped and I have put it at 4k 120fps

Some reason the 980ti would only do 95hz at both 2k and 4k

Does anyone know why it only seems like OCuK and one other online supplier are ‘selling’ this?
