**GOT AN EVGA GRAPHICS RELATED QUESTION OR NEED SUPPORT - ASK HERE!!**

Just had the BSOD loop from putting voltage to 1.3, solved it by taking 1 card out, now I can boot into windows and sort things.

So there is no chance 780ti can go to 1.3volts?

You may need to use Gregsters awesome guide on voltage hacks... I did for my Inno3D 780 and my MSI Lightning 780... Then you can cram whatever V you like into it! Read the thread thoroughly though and do your research!

Hi, it is not necessary to register it to get the 10 year but due to our automated RMA System it will be required to handle RMA when the units fails but it is also fine if you then register it in for example 7 years when it fails... Generally I do always suggest to register it right away because then you can also already upload your invoice and everything is save for the future! It is specially about the invoice, lots of people can not find them after a couple of years anymore...

Ok I see, and how can I upload my invoice? Can it just be an email regarding the order or what?

What like in Catzilla? ;)

Besides I can beat you in everything by a landslide. I have three cards :p

It's a difficult move for my system at home as I'm on Blacks for the resolution.

So the only logical thing to do is build a separate system and put a classified on there :p

Catzilla doesn't count :o

Ya, dual rigs are the best if you can afford them. How low does it go in the winter for ya? < 10C?

Dominik: There are nice benchmarks threads here in the graphics card section, the Classifieds are almost always at the top. Unless 8 Pack is in there with his hard modded cards of course!

If you still have any email communication about this can you forward me this? Normally this should also not have happened in the past
Generally back in time EVGA Europe was a kind of "franchchise" while we are now integrated in the EVGA Corp and follow all the same policy and rules worldwide, we can just not offer the 24/7 support so far. Replacing a motherboard can be complicated after a couple of years but generally we always try to have them available because, I probybly do not need to tell you this, it is a hassle for the enduser if this is not the case. At the moment we have still good stocks of socket 775 boards and every socket above and if we need to offer a change of the socket it will be for free now, no extra cost!!

That's a very kind offer thank you. Unfortunately I no longer need a LGA 775 socket, as I am building a newer pc. I shall try and remember my old email so I can send you the correspondence.

Sorry, I am not native english, what means fallen short? :)

Fallen short means that it did not go as far as it should have. Eg if you threw a ball at a target, but it didn't go as far as it should have, you could save it fell short.

Same for customer service and other things, if the service was not as good as it should be, you could say it has "fallen short".

It is bandwidth related, so far I have not heard about any issues below 4K. If you will face any issues rleated to this we will replace the bridge for free, including UPS pick that you will not have any cost!

Hi EVGAdominik can you tell me what the physical difference is between the old and new EVGA Reversion 14 2.0 sli bridges which allows them to work with 4K monitors.

Hi,

I was going to take advantage of the step up program to go from a 780 with acx cooler to a 6Gb 780, but the card doesn't seem to be available on the step up europe options - it was there before, so where's it gone, and is it coming back?

Cheers!

Oh, you need to say this first!!! We will of course change the bridge to the latest version for free if you have purchased the old one and running 4K... In this case just register the bridge to your EVGA Account and send a request about this to [email protected], for a case like this we can also offer a UPS pick up that you will not have further cost on this, please do also confirm in this mail an address we can send UPS too.

Hi Dominik can you confirm that UPS will pick up an sli bridge that is a 2013 model rev 2.0 as Ive added a support ticket but I must send the bridge to Germany at my cost?

Hi, at the moment the availability of the 6GB cards is bad, if this will get better we will also add it again to the step up program. Just drop an email about this next week to [email protected] then we should know the answer

Cheers
